Editorial policy & source standards

How Prime Health selects clinical sources, handles approval and safety claims, attributes authorship, updates articles, and discloses links to Reform.

Purpose and authorship

Prime Health Editorial is the organizational author of these educational guides. We aim to help readers understand a topic and prepare questions for a clinician. No named clinician has been attributed as a reviewer of this edition, and no independent medical review is claimed.

Sources and clinical claims

We favor primary sources: FDA safety communications and approval records, NIH and NLM patient information, current product labeling, and published professional guidelines. Links appear beside the sections they support. Regulatory documents retain their dates and scope; a historical record is not described as a new approval. Where evidence is missing or a claim is uncertain, the guide says so.

Medication information

Guides distinguish a finished product from its active ingredient, approved uses from other uses, and approved medicines from compounded or investigational preparations. They do not provide dosing schedules, injection tutorials, reconstitution instructions, or individualized treatment decisions. Brief summaries do not replace full patient information or prescribing information.

Updates and restored articles

Each article displays its original publication date and latest substantive update. Four legacy website topics were rewritten for this educational edition; their original URLs are retained. The revised articles remove unsupported outcome and safety claims and generic injection instructions. Sources were checked on October 3, 2026. Future publication dates will reflect actual work, not automatic refreshes.

Care links and commercial context

Links to Reform serve Prime Health’s care-navigation relationship and promote a care service. They are not FDA or NIH endorsements and are not evidence for medication claims. This website is not an independent comparison of care providers. Clinical services, availability, payments, and personal information on another site are governed by that site’s own terms.

Corrections and future publication

Readers can report a content issue through the general website email listed below; include the article URL and the statement in question. Future drafts should complete source verification, safety review, link checks, and editorial review before publication. Clinician review is a future workflow option and will only be displayed when a qualified reviewer has actually reviewed the article. The unpublished topic backlog is a planning document, not an article library.
