When compounded medications are prescribed, they are prepared through licensed pharmacy partners or FDA-registered outsourcing facilities, as applicable. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Every patient receives personalized guidance with quarterly check-ins from a licensed physician to monitor progress and adjust treatment.

FAQ
Answers about labs, prescriptions, delivery, and ongoing care.
Yes. Bloodwork is required for many treatment options. If you have recent labs, your provider may be able to use them if they include the needed markers. Follow-up labs are repeated every 6 months so your care team can monitor safety and adjust treatment when needed.
Labs are repeated every 6 months for ongoing treatment monitoring. We do not require routine 10-week labs because that can create unnecessary cost for patients unless a provider specifically needs them for a clinical reason.
Once your intake, medical forms, ID, and consult are complete, approved medications typically arrive within 10 business days after consultation.
No. Patients transferring from another TRT clinic should not be expected to lower testosterone levels simply to change care providers.
Prime works with licensed and accredited U.S. pharmacies, including access to compounded options for qualified patients when clinically appropriate.
We don't work directly with insurance, which allows us to keep care simple, personalized, and free from insurance-driven delays or treatment limitations. It also helps us offer transparent pricing that is often more affordable than expected.
Why We Don't Accept InsuranceWe keep our care direct so you're not stuck dealing with insurance rules, delays, or one-size-fits-all coverage decisions. That lets our providers focus on personalized treatment and transparent pricing instead of prior authorizations, denials, and red tape. Many patients are surprised to find our cash pricing is often lower than what they'd pay through insurance anyway.
